Notice is hereby given that on 3rd December 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Gordon Iain Bennet, of 32 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL, Receiver of Munro’s Transport (Aberdeen) Limited, a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 15 Golden Square, Aberdeen, AB1 1RH (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which Petition Lord Kingarth by Interlocutor dated 9th December 2003 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
