PIRATE PETE’S LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 28th October 2003, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by Steven Manning, Sea Haze Cottage, Spring Garden, Ayr KA7 4LA, craving the Court inter alia that Pirate Pete’s Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, with its Registered Office at 6 Dukes Road, Troon, Ayrshire KA10 6QR be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and that in the meantime, Bryan A Jackson, Chartered Accountant, Messrs Pannell Kerr Forster, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr, by Interlocutor dated 27th November 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
