(Football Matches and Special Events) (Waiting Restrictions) Order
Notice of Proposals
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council proposes to consider the introduction of a traffic Order to regulate waiting in all or part of streets in the vicinity of Rugby Park, Kilmarnock.
The Order will allow the restriction of waiting in the streets named below, in advance of and during football matches and other events at Rugby Park, to maintain emergency access to residential areas. The restricted length in each street will be at the discretion of Strathclyde Police in each instance and indicated by the deployment of ‘no waiting’ cones.

Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection in writing to the Director of Development Services, Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock KA3 7BU by 19th December 2003.
