Notice is hereby given that on 10th November 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Greenock by the Directors of Serco Services Limited craving the court inter alia that the said Serco Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC145051) and having its Registered Office at Victory Court, Cartsburn, Greenock be wound up by the Court, in which Petition the Sheriff at Greenock by Interlocutor dated 10th November 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Nelson Street, Greenock, PA15 1TR within eight days of intimation, advertisement or service, under certification.
