Notice is hereby given that on 10th November 2003 a Petition was presented at Glasgow Sheriff Court by National House Building Council craving the Court inter alia to order that Clyde Building Group Plc, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office formerly at 161-181 Whitefield Road, Glasgow G51 2SD and now at 21 Westminster Terrace, Glasgow G3 7RU (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator and Provisional Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 10th November 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime appointed Fraser James Gray, Chartered Accountant, Afton House, 26 West Nile Street, Glasgow to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Part 1, Paragraphs 2 and 3, Part 2, Paragraphs 4 and 5 and Part 3, Paragraphs 6, 7 and 13 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
