Notice is hereby given that on 4th September 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by Plano Pack (UK) Ltd having its registered office at 14 Macadam Place, South Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine KA11 4HP (“the company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Robert Munro Dallas, Chartered Accountant, Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 4th September 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days after intimation advertisement or service; eo die appointed the said Robert Munro Dallas, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with all the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5, Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which Notice is hereby given.
