Notice is hereby given that on 5th November 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Speedy Hire (Scotland) Ltd craving the court inter alia to order that James Blake Limited having their registered office at 34 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1FW be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Neil Anthony Armour, Chartered Accountants, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1JB be appointed Provisional Liquidators of the said company; in which Petition Lady Cosgrove by Interlocutor dated 6th November 2003 appoint all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Neil Anthony Armour, Provisional Liquidators of the said company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets particularly contained in part II and of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
