MACKINTOSH BROTHERS MECHANICAL SERVICES (SCOTLAND) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 13th October 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Mackintosh Brothers Mechanical Services (Scotland) Limited craving the court inter alia to order that Mackintosh Brothers Mechanical Services (Scotland) Limited having their registered office at Unit 7, Clydesmill Grove, Cambuslang Industrial Estate, Glasgow G32 8NL be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime, Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, 24 Blythswood Square, Glasgow G2 4QS be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 15th October 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo as Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in part II and of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
