Take notice that on 27th January 2000 Lomond Plant Limited, 15 Merchiston Industrial Estate, Bankside, Falkirk presented a petition to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh for an order to wind up Bellair Building Services Limited (“The Company”) having its Registered Office at 25 Lanark Road, Edinburgh under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; that warrant for intimation and service was granted by the sheriff on that day directing that any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days of the date of intimation service and advertisement, that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh was appointed provisional liquidator of the Company and that he is authorised to exercise the functions contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
