WATERSIDE TELEVISION LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 29th August 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Waterside Television Limited, craving the court, inter alia, that Waterside Television Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC143530) and having its registered office at 9 Waters Close, The Shore, Leith, Edinburgh, be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed and that in the meantime Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Chartered Accountant and Qualified Insolvency Practitioner, 1 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh be appointed as provisional liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by the Interlocutor dated 29th August 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Deputy Principal Clerk of Session, Parliament House, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement and eo die appointed the said Thomas Campbell Maclennan to be provisional liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
