Notice is hereby given that on 10th September 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Agnes Tannahill Walker and James Walker, residing at 10 Polsons Crescent, Paisley, the Directors of Walker MacLeod Controls Limited craving the Court inter alia that the said Walker MacLeod Controls Limited, Bulldale Street, Glasgow, G14 0NR be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Kenneth Robert Craig, Tenon Recovery, 2 Blythswood Square, Glasgow, G2 4AD be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 10th September 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Kenneth Robert Craig, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the power specified in part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
