Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held within the offices of Thomson Cooper, Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PD on Monday 1st September 2003 at 3.00 pm for the purposes specified in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, within the offices of Thomson Cooper, Accountants, Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PD during the two business days preceding the above meeting.
