Notice is hereby given that on 4th July 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Inverness by Mrs Marjory Anne Macleod, Director of North Parcels Limited craving the court inter alia to order that North Parcels Limited having their registered office at Messrs Mackenzie Kerr, Redwood, 19 Culduthel Road, Inverness IV2 4AA be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 10th July 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, The Castle, Inverness within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
