PEARTREE (TREEHOUSE) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 6th June 2003, a petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Peartree (Treehouse) Limited, craving the court inter alia, that Peartree (Treehouse) Limited a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC201129) and having their Registered Office at The Stables, Viewfield, Fenwick, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA3 6AN, (“the Company”) be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 6th June 2003, Lady Paton appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service in the hands of the Deputy Principal Clerk of Session of the Court of Session at Parliament Square, Edinburgh; and meantime until the prayer of the Petition for a winding-up order has been granted or refused, on cause shown, Nominates and Appoints Gordon Iain Bennet, and John Bruce Cartwright, both Chartered Accountants, of Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Kintyre House, 209 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in parts II of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
