Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held on 23rd June 2003 at 12.00pm within the offices of PKF, Chartered Accountants, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

A list of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection within the offices of PKF, Chartered Accountants, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH, during the two business days preceding the above Meeting.
