Notice is hereby given that on 25th April 2003 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Tayside Central and Fife at Alloa by Waterfoot Properties a partnership having its place of business at Hill of Birches, Waterfoot Row, Thorntonhall, Glasgow craving the court inter alia that Kinmount Investments Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 37 Maple Court, Alloa, Clackmannan be wound up by the court and that Iain William Wright, Chartered Accountant of Messrs BKR Haines Watts, 1st Floor, James Miller House, 98 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2DD be appointed interim liquidator; and in which petition the Sheriff at Alloa by Interlocutor dated 25th April 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Mar Street, Alloa within the 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
