Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will beheld at Haines Watts, 1st Floor, James Miller House, 98 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1PJ on 23rd May 2003 at 10.00am for the purposes, if thought fit of choosing a liquidator and of determining whether to establish a Liquidation Committee..

Creditors are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A creditor may vote only if his claim has been submitted and accepted in whole or in part. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour. Proxies and claims must be lodged at the offices of Haines Watts, 1st Floor, James Miller House, 98 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1PJ, at or before the meeting.

A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the above offices of Haines Watts between 10am and 4pm on the two business days prior to the said meeting.
