Notice is hereby given that on 11th April 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton by Empress Homes Limited, having its Registered Office at 36 Cable Depot Road, Riverside Industrial Estate, Clydebank, G81 1UF (“the Company”) craving the Court that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and in the meantime that Bryan Alan Jackson, Chartered Accountant, Pannell Kerr Foster, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor dated 11th April 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and appointed the said Bryan Alan Jackson to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the power specified in schedule 4, part 2, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
