The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 781 of the Edinburgh Gazette dated 21st March 2003

TOAST & COFFEE COMPANY LIMITED

A petition was on 7th March 2003 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Toast & Coffee Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at Carrick Kerr & Co, 54 Cowgate, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, G66 1HN be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Eassie by Interlocutor dated 13th March 2003 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
