COBRA CONSTRUCTION (UK) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 15th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Plumbline Supplies Limited craving the Court inter alia to ordain that Cobra Construction (UK) Limited, having their Registered Office at 236 Abbottswell Crescent, Aberdeen AB12 3JT be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator to the said company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986; by Deliverance dated 15th January 2003 the Sheriff appointed Alexander Iain Fraser, Chartered Accountant, 33 Albyn Place, Aberdeen to be Provisional Liquidator of the company. Further by said Deliverance the Sheriff appointed that a copy of the Petition and Deliverance following thereon be intimated on the walls of Court and a copy served on the said Cobra Construction (UK) Limited; and ordains the said Cobra Construction (UK) Limited and any other person interested if they intend to show cause why the Prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge answers hereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
