Notice is given that on 26th February 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Ross MacDonald Wood, 3 Victoria Drive, Brora, Sutherland KW9 6QX and Valerie Walker, Auchmanoch House, Sorn, Mauchline, Ayrshire KA5 6JP, craving the Court inter alia that Pacific Shelf 948 Limited, trading as Hunters of Brora and having their Registered Office at 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner, 10 Ardross Street, Inverness, be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition T G Coutts. Esq, Q.C by Interlocutor dated 26th February 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Alexander Iain Fraser, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers specified in Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
