Notice is hereby given that on 17th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by David McCall, Director of Drumcavel Construction Limited, whose registered office is Suite 4-5, Waterloo Chambers, 19 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G2 6EQ craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound-up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime; Irene Harbottle, Insolvency Practitioner, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow G1 1HJ be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 17th January 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed the said Irene Harbottle to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company, with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the company’s assets and in particular the powers contained in Schedule 4 Part II Paragraphs 4 & 5 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
