Notice is hereby given that on 6th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Options Employment Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Holdsworth House, 65-73 Staines Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3, craving the Court inter alia that the said Hatt Consultancy Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 103 Westerhill Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow G64 2QT (Company No SC 190197) be wound up by the Court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Eileen Blackburn, Baker Tilly, Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 6th January 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Eileen Blackburn, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with all the powers necessary for the Interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
