Notice is hereby given that on 23rd October 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that Forth Solutions Limited, having their Registered Office at Flat 1F2, 120 McDonald Road, Edinburgh EH7 4NQ be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 23rd October 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which Notice is hereby given.
