The estate of John MacMillan, 144 Kersiebank Avenue, Grangemouth was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 12th September 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David K Hunter Esq CA, Campbell Dallas, 16 Melville Terrace, Stirling FK8 2NE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 19th July 2002.
