Notice is hereby given that on 8th August 2002 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian & Borders at Edinburgh for an order in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 for the name of Acorn Car Parks Limited to be restored to the register of companies. The registered office of the company was situated at 25 Carfrae Gardens, Edinburgh. The Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 13th August 2002 ordained any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, at the Sheriff Court House, 27 Chamber Street, Edinburgh within eight days of publication on the Walls of Court, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
