Notice is hereby given that on 10th September 2002 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by Stuart Miller, residing at 3 Argyle Park, Dunblane and Howard Williamson, residing at Balmulzien Farm, Slamannan, Falkirk inter alia that Survey & Development Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act on 15th July 1980 having its registered office at 3 Hope Street, Bo’ness be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Lord Kingarth by interlocutor dated 11th September 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Principal Clerk of Session at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and appointed David Forbes Rutherford, Chartered Accountant, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which Notice is hereby given.
