Notice is hereby given that on 1st July 2002 a Note in the Petition process at the instance of Herbert J. White Limited for the making of an Administration Order in respect of Henry Bannerman Garments Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Martyn Street, Airdrie, was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh, by Bryan Alan Jackson, Chartered Accountant, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, the Administrator of Henry Bannerman Garments Limited, craving the Court inter alia to discharge the Administration Order in respect of Henry Bannerman Garments Limited under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to determine that the said Bryan Alan Jackson should have his release as Administrator; by Interlocutor dated 3rd July 2002 Lord Philip appointed any parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto within twenty one days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
