Notice is hereby given that on 5th September 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Linlithgow by SB Marble Floor Specialists Limited having their registered office at 84 Manitoba Avenue, Livingston (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Linlithgow by Interlocutor dated 6th September 2002 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Linlithgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
