Notice is hereby given that on 6th September 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Dunnwood Limited having its registered office formerly at Unit 18, Denmore Industrial Estate, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen and now at Grant Thornton, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7JZ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 6th September 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
