Take notice that on 29th June 2002 James Houston (Fencing Contractors) Ltd, Veitch Place, Lennoxtown, Glasgow, G66 7JQ presented a petition to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley for an order to wind up Reservoir Engineers Ltd having its Registered Office at 42 Orchard Street, Renfrew, PA4 8LR under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; that warrant for intimation and service was granted by the sheriff on 3rd July 2002 directing that any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days of the date of intimation service and advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given by Telfer G Blacklock, 89 Constitution Street, Edinburgh the petitioners solicitor.
