In THE ESTATE OF ANNA BELLEW, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS ANNA CLARE BELLEW, DECEASED, LATE OF 19 DRUMMOND ROAD, DRUMLOUGHER, CULLYHANNA, NEWRY, COUNTY DOWN
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all Creditors, Beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the Estate of the above named Deceased who died on 17th December 2008 are hereby required to send on or before 4th February 2011, particulars of such claims or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the Deceased.
AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the 4th of February 2011, the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands which particulars shall have been received.
