NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at Philip Gill & Company, 9 Gibsons Lane, Newtownards, BT23 4LJ, on 20 December 2010 at 1.00 p.m. for the purpose of dealing with Articles 85-87 of that Order.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

A full list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the registered office of the company, Philip Gill & Co, 9 Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, Co. Down, BT23 4LJ, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on the two business days prior to the date of this meeting.

Forms of proxy, which if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the registered office of the company, together with a proof of debt or statement of claim, not later than 12.00 noon on the last business day before the meeting.
