A petition to wind up the above company of Swift Dispatch Limited having its registered office address Richmond Gardens, Newtownabbey, County Antrim presented on 23 December 2008 by Gilmac Limited T/A Aerlybird Trans Global having its registered office address at Unit QI, North Ring Business Park, Santry, Dublin 9 claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast, BT1 3JF.

Time: 10.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard)
