Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 10.30 a.m. at 25 Georges Street, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT70 1BT, on 18 February 2009 for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of FPM Accountants LLP, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 25 Georges Street, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT70 1BT between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on the two working days preceding the above meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of FPM Accountants LLP, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 25 Georges Street, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT70 1BT no later than 12.00 noon on 17 February 2009.
