Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19th May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15th day of November 2006, Natasha Moffatt as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Michaela Erin Beggan, a child, singhle and a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of Moffatt and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Beggan.
