A meeting of creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of:

(a)	Reporting on the winding-up of the Company
(b)	To receive the release of Desmond Lynchehaun as Liquidator
(c)	Passing a resolution that the Liquidator may destroy the books and records of the Company one year after his release as Liquidator

 The meeting will be held as follows:
