The Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 No. 1254 (N.I. 9)

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006. The Order makes provision for the introduction of changes to fire and rescue services in Northern Ireland and reforms the current fire safety legislation..
