The Budget (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 S.I. 2006 No. 613 (N.I.6).

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Budget (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.

The Order makes provision for the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland of certain sums for the service of the years ending 31 March 2006 and 2007 and appropriates those sums for specified purposes. The Order also authorises the use for the public service of certain resources for that year and sets limits on the use of accruing resources in the year ending 31 March 2006.
