First Dividend to Creditors

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a first dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company, Any creditor who has not yet lodged a Proof of Debt and wishes to do so, should forward same with supporting documentation to Garth Calow of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Waterfront Plaza 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast, BT1 3LR, on or before 24 March 2006. It is my intention to pay this dividend within a 4 month period from the 24 March 2006.
