Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH on 18 July 2005, at 10:15 am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

The Director of Wilson Double-Deck Trailers GmbH is satisfied that the centre of main interests of the company is, for the purposes of European Council Regulation 1346/2000 on Insolvency Proceedings, situated in Northern Ireland. Accordingly he has convened a meeting of the company to consider a resolution that the company be placed in creditors voluntary liquidation under the law of Northern Ireland.

Statements of claim, and proxy forms if applicable, must be lodged at

KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH not later than 12 noon on 15 July 2005.

A list of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH on 29 June 2005.
