Having its Registered Office at 14 Tiree Street, Antrim.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named company will be held at 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast BT1 5DF, on Monday the 5th day of January 2004, at 3.00 pm for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Napier & Sons, Insolvency Practitioners, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast BT1 5DF, between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on the two business days falling next before the day on which the meeting is to be held.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the said offices at Napier & Sons, no later than 12 noon on Friday, the 2nd day of January 2004.
