Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Water’s Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast BT1 3BH, on 27th August, 2003 at 3.00 pm for the purposes provided for in Articles 85-87 of the Order.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Grant Thornton on 22nd and 26th August 2003, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
