Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, S.I. 2002/3150 (N.I. 4)

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1) Her Majesty has made the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002.

The Order makes provision allowing the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment to accept undertakings by company directors to refrain from holding office for a specified period as an alternative to disqualification by court proceedings. The Order also consolidates existing primary legislation dealing with the disqualification of directors.
