Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at 12.00 noon on 23rd August, 2002 at KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DH, for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85, 86 and 87 of the said Order.

Proxy forms, if applicable, must be lodged at KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East. Belfast BT1 6DH, Fax 028 9089 3893 not later than 12.00 noon on 22nd August, 2002. Any creditor must lodge a statement of claim to be entitled to vote and it would he helpful if any such statement were received before the deadline for receipt of proxy forms.
