Notice Is Hereby Given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named company will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR on Monday 5th August 2002 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order, viz:

(a) to have laid before it a statement as to the affairs of the company;

(b) to nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as liquidator or liquidators; and

(c) if thought fit, to establish a liquidation committee;

(d) and to pass any other resolution necessary.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Thursday, 1st August 2002 and Friday 2nd August 2002.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 2nd August 2002.
