Notice is hereby given that on 1 April 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness by Centurion Plumbing Services (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC520484 and having its registered office at 7a Muir of Ord Industrial Estate, Great North Road, Muir of Ord, IV6 7UA (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 2 April 2026, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
