This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Jack Raymond Miles, c/o Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, Kent TN28 8SN.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following decisions:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

The meeting will be held at 11.30 am on 14 April 2026 at Bridgewood Manor, Walderslade Woods, Chatham, Kent ME5 9AX.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
