Waste Removals Ltd (15671140) of 39 Kedleston Drive, Ilkeston DE7 8UA, whose nature of business is collection of non-hazardous waste, treatment and disposal of non-hazardous waste and wholesale of waste and scrap, presented on Wednesday 21 January 2026, at 10:00 by DONALD WARD LIMITED, of East Street, Ilkeston DE7 5JB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 17 March 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
