Notice is hereby given that on 24 February 2026, a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Emma Donaghy, 43 Moulin Road, Glasgow G31 3PJ and Matthew Daniel Donaghy, 31 Duchray Drive, Paisley, Scotland PA1 3BP for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Emmatt Construction Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC474792) and having its Registered Office at 31 Duchray Drive, Paisley, Scotland PA1 3BP and that Linda Hastings, Insolvency Practitioner, of Hastings & Co, Suite 3GA, The Pentagon Centre, Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ be appointed as Interim Liquidator; and that, in the meantime, the said Linda Hastings be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff McGinty by interlocutor dated 24 February 2026 appointed the said Linda Hastings as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained within Parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
